People claim to be in need of Food, Water, Compass, Lube Oil, Gas and Navigation Chart.People claim to have left in two boats. One boat captured by Vietnamese. Five adult males managed to swim from captured vessel to vessel currently alongside. No Medical assistance required.'" |
