Hello Steve,

I'm a Captain of Mexican Navy, and now I'm an operations officer of your ship, ex-USS Whipple (ff-1062). I send to you an all crew and friends my congratulations for your reunions. The Whipple arrive to Mexico from Hawaii on May 3, 2002, now is in port of Manzanillo, Mex. and all their crew are working very hard to sail, I hope so, next year. Sorry but may English isn't good.
