Builder: Puget Sound Bridge and Drydock, Seattle Laid Down: July 31, 1961 Launched: July 18, 1962 Commissioned: March 21, 1963 Fate: Stricken November 20 1992 Sold for scrap and towed to Brownsville, TX where she was broken up.
