The E-mail:

My father passed away on November 21, 2005. At that time, he was working on an article about his remembrances of his tour during WWII. I havenít been able to find a place to where I can send it, and it was one of his last requests that I try and find the newsletter/webpage or something that could take the story and add it to some type of history of WWII. Do you happen to know where I can send this? Iíll add the following information from the first page so that it might help you.

I served on the Prichett from July 1967, Our (mine) first westpac was as, you have in the records. We left and November-December 1967. We returned in June 1968. However we returned to Westpac in Late May 1969, mostly all shore bombardment. We returned to San Diego in November of 1969, and I was discarged in less than a week..Every write up I see does not mention the 1969 cruise.
