Fate:           To West Germany 10/6/59; renamed Z-3; 
                Stricken 1980; To Greece 10/30/80; 
                renamed Nearchos; Stricken in 1991.

The American flag that flew on the USS Wadsworth (DD-516) from 12 Feb 1945 to 5 March 1945, during the battle for Iwo Jima, is on display at the Veterans Museum and Memorial Center in San Diego.
