Builder: Federal Shipbuilding, Kearny NJ. Laid Down: June 25, 1942 Launched: November 11, 1942 Commissioned: December 24, 1942 Decommissioned: 3/23/46 Fate: To West Germany July 14 1959, renamed Z-2; To Greece 9/18/81, renamed Kimon. (Reserve in 1987. Stricken and scrapped in 1993.)
